Terms, Conditions & Returns
We accept orders on this site only from U.S. customers residing in the United States. We ship only to the 50 states of the U.S.A. For all other countries and territories please see our list of worldwide resellers.
Please allow 3-5 Days for dispatch of any order placed on cabletechniques.com. We do not accept phone or email orders.
*Due to continued theft incidents all Residential shipments may be sent Signature Required.
We do our best to ship all orders without delay but cannot guarantee same-day shipping on your order. If you have special requirements for delivery and/or other comments please do so before placing your order. Email email@example.com. Our normal hours of operation are M-F 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern Time Zone.

Your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking info will be shared when order is dispatched.
*Next-Day Air Saturday is NOT available. Next-Day shipments leaving Friday will arrive on Monday.
Cable Techniques products purchased from an authorized reseller are covered by a 1-year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the original owner. The use of “after market” cables with the Battery Bud system voids all warranties. A copy of the retail receipt from your dealer is required. All items are to be shipped to Redding Audio freight Prepaid by sender. If an item we receive qualifies for warranty coverage, we will repair or replace at our option and return ship to you at no charge via Ground service. Any expedited shipping method will be billed at your expense. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by misuse, abuse or altered goods. There are no expressed or implied warranties that extend beyond the warranty made here.
If you would like to return your order to us, you can do so within 10 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or for an exchange for a different product. Only brand new and unused items with no signs of wear in original packaging are eligible.
We require a valid RA (Return Authorization) be issued for all items being sent to us for return or exchange. Please email us with details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will issue an RA number for an approved return sent to you via email. Please print the document, fill out completely and include with your shipment to us. Your shipment must be sent to us freight prepaid and we advise you to insure the package for full retail value. Return shipping back to you is an additional charge for exchanged products. Your refund will be in the form of a check sent via regular mail within 10 days of item receipt and approval. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in all cases.
You may cancel any order only before we have dispatched your items. In this instance, we will refund you in full using the original payment method.
