Xtragood XG12 1 x 2 is not just an ordinary, “run of the mill” mic splitter. Each unit uses premium components and is built to withstand the extreme punishment of stage and fieldwork. It has a compact housing with all connections conveniently located on one side. The ground lift switch utilizes our custom “finger-friendly” recessed switch guard. 
  
Our passive microphone splitter provides a direct input/output loop with a secondary isolated output via standard XLR-3 connectors. The secondary output has a True Isolation ground lift to eliminate hum & buzz from ground loops. Xtragood splitters can be used with many various microphone types including ribbon, dynamic and condenser microphones. Phantom Power will only be passed through the primary input loop to mic out and not via the secondary isolated output - Great for protecting your vintage ribbon mic and your dynamics when the sound company you hired has beat-up, potentially shorting cables.
